AAC Swiftpack®

AAC Eurovent’s range of Swiftpack®, manufactured from side-access duct mounted carbon-filter modules, enables quality modules to be supplied at low costs for a wide range of applications, including corrosive applications where 316 steel units are offered as opposed to GMS. The units include the following features:

  • plastic refillable-type carbon filter trays
  • pre- and post-filtration capability
  • hinged or removable side-access door/panel
  • airtight brush-pile seal on filter slides
  • modular configurations for larger units
  • punched hole flanges for ductwork connections.

AAC Colourcell®

AAC Eurovent’s Colourcell® is a transparent media-filter cell, which provides a visual indication as to the condition of the media installed. The media in the Colourcell® changes colour from Bright Purple, to Dark Brown, to Light Brown, and finally to White when it is completely exhausted. Only a single Colourcell® needs to be installed into the filter bank for most applications, as this is sufficient for media indication purposes.
This innovative, patented technology enables maintenance personnel to easily evaluate the condition of an installed set of activated carbon filters. Maintenance of the carbon filters media can now be planned prior to an odour/contaminant breakthrough situation occuring without any consequential downtime, eliminating client complaints.
The AAC Colourcell® can be installed in all AAC Swiftpack® and Swiftkit® systems for virtually all contaminant types, which can be removed by activated carbon. It can also be used to determine the necessity of the traditional CTC test, should this be required.

AAC PR

The AAC PR plastic refillable activated carbon filter is an extremely economic range of filters enabling the filter trays to be re-used time and time again. The filters are manufactured from high-quality virgin injection moulded plastic. The filters have a removable sealing strip fitted at either end of the filter which, when removed, enables the granular or pelletised media to be easily poured out and then recharged. This range offers low initial cost and the refillable filter system enables substantial reductions in running costs. Multi compartments prevent media settlement/compaction and any consequential air by-pass. Units are durable, especially against certain corrosive contaminants, acid etc and filter construction is available in wide variety of plastic materials to suit special applications.
Filters normally available ex-stock but non-standard filter sizes can be manufactured to suit existing installations. Ability to withstand air temperatures up to 70ºC under normal circumstances (or even 120ºC for special applications).

Additional carbon filter products
