Ash & Lacy was established over 136 years ago, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Hill & Smith PLC group of companies.

Ash & Lacy Building Systems is based in a new headquarters and factory complex in West Bromwich. The company also has well-established branches in London and Glasgow.
