Operation and control
The RMS solution enables administrators and managers of AMX control systems to manage and monitor the audio/video (A/V) equipment installed in business, education, government, entertainment, broadcast, houses of worship and residential environments, from one central location.
The software also allows users to schedule and track meeting/classrooms in a single building or across a campus using Microsoft Outlook/Exchange or AMX’s web-based RMS Calendar. Often, however, impromptu meetings occur in available rooms that have not previously been scheduled. With RMS, meeting organisers will be able to enter room reservations into the RMS system on an ad-hoc basis.
