The ARVAL Tacdeck 508 secret-fix roof system is designed for long, low-pitched roof slopes, where conventional profiles prove unsuitable. Long sheet lengths allow for continuous ridge-to-eaves applications, and the secret-clip fixing system means no fasteners penetrate the external skin.
ARVAL Tacdeck 508 can be site curved, providing a complete weather tight construction.
As with all ARVAL built-up systems, Tacdeck 508 can be combined with an extensive range of structural decks and liners trays, designed to meet a wide range of thermal and acoustic requirements.
Composition and manufacture
Manufactured in either colour-coated galvanised steel or plain aluminium. The products are cold rolled formed.
Accessories
Extensive range of flashings, gutters, fascias available. Secret-fix clips, starter bars, and fillers are also available.
Size and weight
Two gauges are available:
Steel: 0.66mm thick, 6.95kg/m2.
Aluminium: 0.9mm thick, 3.58kg/m2.
ARVAL Tacdeck 508 is 45mm deep, with a cover width of 508mm.
Sheet lengths available up to 37m.
Appearance
Available as standard.
Steel: coated AR200XL Plastisol or Hairexcel Granite.
Aluminium: plain stucco embossed.
