SaunasAmber Leisure Limited has been manufacturing in the UK since 1979 and offers a broad range of saunas and steam rooms, for both domestic and commercial applications, and able to cater for all levels of specification, from budget price to deluxe.
All cabins are equipped with Amber Leisure’s own brand, Hi Heat sauna heater, with options for built-in or remote controls; a full range of accessories is available.
Composition and manufacture
All cabins are constructed from panels that comprise a solid wooden framework, infilled with Rockwool fibre insulation and clad with tongued-and-grooved timber on either side.
Benches, backrests and cabin fitments are manufactured from 3 x 1in timber slats in a choice of materials, according to specification. All timbers are kiln dried for stability.
Small heaters are wall-hung while larger, commercial models are freestanding. Incalloy heater elements are used, for their high output and long life.
Size and weight
Standard sizes start with a 1 person model at 1,250 x 730mm and extend to larger commercial cabins of 5,000 x 4,000mm or more. In addition, cabins can be manufactured to customer sizes.
Cabin weight starts from approximately 250kg.
