Portable spas for domestic applications are supplied as complete units.
In-ground and commercial models have separate equipment packs according to usage: light-duty packs, for in-ground domestic spas; light commercial packs, suitable for skimmer spas with usage of up to 10 bathers per hour and heavy-duty overflow packs, which include balance tanks and provide duty cycles extending to
36 bathers per hour.
Composition and manufacture
Spa baths are manufactured from multi-layered acrylic, with glass-fibre reinforcement for strength and durability. Equipment packs comprise the heater, filtration equipment, filter and boost pumps, chemical dosing and air blower, which will be housed in a separate plant room or plant cupboard according to the size and application.
