Services
A team of more than 40 fully-trained technical representatives specialising in a particular market sector, is available to discuss projects with specifiers. There is a free site inspection and specification-writing service, and where appropriate, arrangements can be made to install test areas or to visit comparable exisiting installations.
Installation is undertaken through a network of approved contractors, and the company operates a contractor training school to help maintain installation standards. On-site installation assistance is also available. The wall products are installed by a network of specially appointed premier installers
Altro Art is a design and cutting service for sheet floor finishes which can be used to provide either standard or custom patterns. The materials are accurately cut in the factory.
A full after-sales service is available.
Altro has four approved CPD seminars under the RIBA CPD Providers network covering their range of resilient resin and sports flooring and internal hygenic wall finishes. For information contact cpd@altro.co.uk.
