Arkinstall Limited began trading in 1945 from the old Bromsgrove Guild premises in the centre of the market town of Bromsgrove in Worcestershire, producing a fairly basic range of benches and wire-mesh lockers, almost exclusively for the education market.
In 1990, the company moved to its present purpose-built premises at Buntsford Park, and set about modernising and widening the product range to appeal to a wider market. Existing ranges were updated and new ranges introduced.
In addition to the education sector, the company also produces cloakroom, changing-room and storage equipment for a variety of environments including sports and health clubs, swimming pools, food-processing facilities, manufacturing industries, the emergency services and many more. Wherever there is a requirement for clothes-changing or safe and secure storage facilities, Arkinstall can supply a solution.
Arkinstall manufactures a range of seating to suit most environments and budgets, and together with a choice of lockers and the ability to supply cubicles, privacy panels and specialist storage solutions, the company aims to offer the complete package.
All of Arkinstall's systems are manufactured using only top-quality material obtained from managed and renewable sources. Arkinstall's standard ranges can be adapted to suit specific customer requirements. Arkinstall is renowned for manufacturing bespoke products, working from the company's own client specification, or offering design services built upon many years of experience in the field.
Arkinstall offers an installation service and the company's activities operate within the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
