All Arkinstall benching systems include a range of designs offering options including shoe-storage trays and basketry, and embraces the use of more traditional materials such as mild steel and hardwood timber, as well as the latest in solid-grade laminate technology.
The Venturi range is designed to meet the needs of sports and leisure industries, and combines maximum durability with an attractive and innovative design concept. The Arkinstall team prides itself in its ability to provide a bespoke product to meet its clients’ exacting specifications.
Composition and manufacture
Unless otherwise stated, all Arkinstall benching systems are manufactured from 40mm2 ERW steel tubing, which can be powder coated to a range of RAL colours. All fixings supplied are stainless steel.
20 Series: all-steel bench system, particularly suitable for security areas or environments that have a high risk of vandalism.
30 Series: traditional hardwood timber slats mounted on a sturdy steel framework.
40 Series: an economical modular system, incorporating powder-coated MDF seat tops.
60 Series: specifically designed for high-moisture areas, utilising the attributes of compact grade, solid grade laminates and the corrosion resistance offered by the electro-galvanised pre-treatment of steelwork.
Venturi: manufactured from 90mm round steel section, and incorporating a post-formed steel seat, which provides maximum durability.
Sitework
Arkinstall offers a survey and design service allowing detailed specifications to be drawn up from plans supplied. Units are generally supplied flat-packed, complete with detailed assembly and installation instructions. An optional fitting service is also available.
Environment
All timber used in manufacture is obtained from managed and renewable sources.
