Fitted kitchensMade-to-measure and modular (Decimetric®) configurations are available. Suitable for domestic and commercial kitchens, eg, schools, colleges, restaurants, bars, hospitals, laboratories and offices. Units have fully integrated bowls and edge details, with no visible joins.
Worktops can be fixed to standard kitchen cabinets or supplied freestanding, on legs or cantilevered (wall-hung). Base, wall and drawer cabinets have locking option. Wall-mounted fixed and adjustable shelving systems are available in standard and non-standard sizes. Made-to-measure units can be any size or shape, including L-shapes and angles. A comprehensive range of sink bowls is available. Edge details can be varied to suit exact requirements.
Decimetric® units are available in 100mm incremental sizes, from 500 to 3,000mm. 40mm edge profiles are available with or without water-retaining lip and/or 100mm rear upstand. Corner details have special folded construction for speed and economy.
GEC Anderson also supplies: stainless steel sanitary appliances, including washbasins, bins and drinking fountains.
Composition and manufacture
Products are manufactured under strict ISO 9001 quality management systems using top-quality stainless steel, to EN 1.4301 and EN 1.4401, at 1, 1.25, 1.5 and 2mm. They are designed to ensure ultimate hygiene, durability and appearance. Sound deadening and plastic protection are standard.
Performance
Products are highly durable, resisting heavy use and abuse. They withstand hot pans and cutting directly onto the work surfaces.
Appearance
Top-quality, brushed-satin finish stainless steel is standard. Polished and textured (patterned) stainless steel is also available.
Cleaning and maintenance
Abrasive cleaners and bleach should be avoided. Detailed guidelines available on request.
Sitework
Full technical support, including templating and installation, is available.
