Flexible floor tiles/sheets: StraticaStratica is an outstanding eco-polymeric, PVC-free flooring product offering superior performance and low maintenance. The incredibly tough surface is constructed from Surlyn®, a DuPont™ engineered polymer, which is also used to protect golf balls and bulletproof glass.
Stratica is chlorine free, contains no plasticisers and is virtually VOC free. It does not require dressing and cleaning with caustic chemicals, therefore it has low life-cycle costs with proven long-term savings.
With the benefits of strong visual appeal, almost complete stain resistance, no fading in sunlight or yellowing with age, being high in sound absorption and, in the case of fire, very low smoke density and toxicity, Stratica is an ideal product where there is a demanding environmental and health brief.

Composition and manufacture
Wear layer manufactured from chlorine-free DuPont™ Surlyn®; backing composition from mineral-filled ethylene co-polymer. Manufactured by extrusion and lamination processes, under both ISO 9002 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. Stratica passes all commonly accepted international tests for resilient floorcoverings.

Appearance
Authentic representations of a wide range of natural products. Simple designs can be created by simply combining products from the range.
Sitework
Subfloor should be clean, dry, level and where appropriate incorporate an effective damp-proof membrane. Tiles should be installed using universal 2-part adhesive in accordance with the installation instructions published by Amtico International.
